Register Copies

Hand written transcriptions from the registers of births, marriages and deaths for Ayrshire, Argyllshire, Bute, Dunbartonshire, Lanarkshire (including Glasgow), and Renfrewshire, between 1855 and 1992, are available on request with a donation of at least £3 per event (members) or £6 per event (non-members), plus stamped addressed envelope or 3 International Reply Coupons. These transcriptions have no legal validity.

Please note that fullest possible details should be provided as minor searches only can be undertaken. Should a search prove unsuccessful, the administrator will decide, after assessing how much time was spent on the search, whether a refund will be made.

Requests should be addressed to the Society with "CERTIFICATE" clearly marked on the envelope.
