On request, and providing sites still exist, the Society’s photographers
can provide you with photographs of houses, streets, schools, churches etc.
frequented by their ancestors in the Glasgow area, in return for expenses. These
would consist mainly of travel expenses at a flat rate of £5, plus £1 for 4 photographs
to be sent by email. Cheques, drafts etc. should be made payable to the Glasgow
& West of Scotland Family History Society (title in full, please). A feasibility
check on the location and survival of buildings may be required before work is undertaken.
