Tuesday 2.00 pm – 4.30pm & 7.00pm – 9.30pm. Thursday 10.00am – 9.30pm. Saturday 2.00pm – 4.30pm


Postal enquiries:- Please send a self-addressed envelope and return postage in stamps (UK) or 2 International Reply Coupons (Overseas), and mark each item for the appropriate assistant.

Those who prefer to contact us by e-mail should select from the addresses listed below. Selecting the appropriate official will mean your enquiry is dealt with more efficiently. However if you do not know who to contact or are making a more general enquiry - click here. These addresses are for the use of members or non-members wishing information about the Society, and are strictly not for research queries or publications orders. These should be sent by post to the appropriate officer with the remittance required. Communication with the Membership Secretary is only for existing members and those who would like help with their application forms.

Genuine queries will be answered as soon as possible, but please remember that we are all volunteers and have other duties to perform.
